Pozicija: Lawyer

Velefarm a.d. Holding Kompanija Beograd, one of the largest wholesalers of medications and medical devices in Serbia, is looking for a candidate for dynamic and challenging position in its legal department.

    * Drafting contracts (delivery agreements etc.) and other related documents and assisting in the process of contract negotiations
    * Advising and assisting other departments within the company with respect to all legal issues related to the company’s daily operations
    * Performing other duties related to the management of the company’s legal disputes
    * Preparing and updating relevant templates for standard contracts and other similar documents that the company concludes/uses in the course of its day-to-day business activities

# Faculty of law degree (LLB) and master of laws degree (LLM) is a plus
# 3-4 years of working experience, preferably as an in-house counsel
# Excellent communication skills
# Fluency in written and spoken English
# Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
# Highly motivated to work on complex tasks and to be a team-player
# Efficient organization of work, multitasking and priority management
# Dedicated, responsible, precise and self-sufficient working style, while strictly following all instructions provided by the company’s management
# Ability to work well under pressure and within strict deadlines is a must
# Pragmatic approach to solving complex problems with solution driven argumentation
